SHARING THE MOST POWERFUL MESSAGE WITH THE MOST RECEPTIVE HEARTS
The Greatest Journey is a ministry to children which has been conceived and developed by Samaritan’s Purse and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, embodying both organisations’ purposes of Evangelism, discipleship and training.
The mission of The Greatest Journey is to help local churches reach children with the Gospel, to establish them in their faith with Jesus Christ and to equip them to pray for and share the Gospel with their family and friends.
Crossfare Christian Centre is proud supporter and participant of this movement.
IT STARTS WITH A SHOEBOX…
Through The Greatest Journey discipleship programme, boys and girls can become faithful followers of Jesus Christ. Samaritan’s Purse developed The Greatest Journey as a dynamic, interactive Bible study for use in countries around the world where Operation Christmas Child distributes gift-filled shoeboxes. Wherever possible, children receiving shoeboxes are invited to enrol on The Greatest Journey; 2.8 million children have enrolled on this programme since the curriculum was first developed in 2008.
REACHING CHILDREN OVERSEAS
The Greatest Journey is one of the most dynamic investments being made in local churches overseas. In addition to providing training for teachers and all course materials for teachers and children, children completing the 12-lesson curriculum receive a New Testament Bible. All training and provision of resources (in local language) is provided to churches overseas free of charge.
